Answers to common queries about contacting SAPP and our programme services.

To register as a SAPP beneficiary, contact your nearest Agriculture Extension Development Officer (AEDO) at your local EPA. Your AEDO will guide you through the group registration process and eligibility requirements. You can also contact your District Agriculture Development Office (DADO) directly.

All publicly available programme documents, reports, manuals, and guides are available for free download on our Downloads page. For documents not listed, contact the Knowledge Management Officer, Upile Muhariwa, using the contact details on this page.

Tender documents and Terms of Reference are available from the Programme Coordination Unit in Lilongwe or on the Announcements page of this website. Completed bids or proposals should be submitted to the Procurement Officer, Andrew Howahowa, by the advertised deadline.

Visitors are welcome during office hours (Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM). However, to ensure the relevant staff member is available, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance by phone or email.

Researchers and academics may submit a formal data request to the M&E Officer, Matthews Kanyenda. Requests should outline the purpose of the research, the specific data required, and institutional affiliation. Data sharing is subject to IFAD and Government of Malawi data governance guidelines.
